Renaissance Food Group Embraces United Fresh Live! Virtual Platform

Renaissance Food Group (RFG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Calavo Growers, Inc., is excited to take part in the United Fresh LIVE! virtual expo through a series of videos addressing the company’s framework; chef product demonstrations; and updates on the company’s nationwide production facilities and comprehensive food safety and quality program.

On Monday, June 15th Raina Nelson, the EVP of Business Development for RFG will kick off the expo through video where she will share the current state of the company, followed by exciting plans on how RFG will navigate the future of their business.

The expo power hours will feature RFG’s team of certified culinary chefs. They will host product demonstrations featuring the company’s newest product lines, including Grab & Go, Summer Grilling, Organics, Foodservice, and Premium Trays.

RFG’s Grab & Go product line features an assortment of pre-cut fruit, snacks, salads, sandwiches, wraps and parfaits designed for today’s consumer. A compliment to any retail or foodservice program, this Garden Highway-branded product line offers fresh convenience and an alternative to in-store cutting and build-your-own stations. The company’s evolved Summer Grilling product line will highlight versatility, seasonality, and offer and dynamic uses of items such as grilling kits, pre-made kabobs, and grill-ready vegetable blends.

“As a company who prides itself on innovation, RFG is thrilled with the opportunity to showcase our products and company at United Fresh LIVE!,” said Nelson. “United Fresh has placed careful and thoughtful consideration into this expo to create rich value for exhibitors and attendees alike. This is a pioneering moment for the trade show industry and United Fresh LIVE! is shaping the future in their ability to pivot to a unique, virtual platform. It is truly cutting edge.”
